The All-in-1 LubeKit® features a durable case with easy to see, easy to reach storage compartments. The liquid squeeze bottles feature an easy one-handed open/close cap with a built in 12-inch applicator extension. Grease and Compound containers feature a built-in brush top cap.

Applicator
Multi-purpose penetrating lubricant for loosening rusted parts, stopping squeaks,
short-term corrosion protection and water displacement. Aids in disassembling parts, lubricating locks, hinges, cranks, sliding doors, chains, cables and tools. Contains antiwear additive, corrosion inhibitors and oxidation inhibitors. Suitable for use from
-20 to 120ºF (-29-49ºC).

#6 O-Ring, Gasket, Seal (Molykote® 1292)
180g Plastic Jar with Brush Top Cap
Fluorosilicone grease used for metal/metal combinations with slow to medium-fast movements and medium loads. It is also used to lubricate flange gaskets in SF6 breakers. Molykote® 1292 grease has an extremely low tendency toward oxidation and a high resistance to mineral oil, fuels and many chemicals.

#2 Cleaner (Dow Corning® OS-2)

Multi-purpose silicone based cleaning agent. Typical applications include cleaning plastics, fiberglass and components; precleaning surfaces prior to painting, sealing and bonding; degreasing bearings, nuts, bolts, chains; removing silicone-based wax and protectants; and removing silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives (labels). Remove coating/stamping oils, motor oil/greases, typical shop soils, processing fluids. Soften cured silicone sealants, remove silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives (labels) and residue.

#7 Contacts (Molykote® 33)
140g Plastic Jar with Brush Top Cap
This grease delivers exceptional performance in cold environments. It lubricates trip latch and coil bearings, anti-friction bearings, and plastic and rubber parts under light to moderate loads. Molykote® 33 grease is resistant to oxidation and moisture, and it is compatible with many plastics and elastomers.

#3 Lubricating Oil (FirstPower EZ-Reach)

Extended Reach Applicator
FirstPower EZ-Reach Synthetic PAO oil. Provides protection and lubrication for a wide range of moving components in industrial mechanisms. Highly refined and will not leave a residue. Contains rust, corrosion inhibitors and anti-wear additives. Ideal for surfaces requiring lubrication which are not accessible for grease or paste application.

#8 Fastener Threads (Molykote® 1000 Paste)

Particularly useful for bolted metal joints, enabling no-destructive dismantling, even after long use at high temperatures. It offers good corrosion protection over a wide range of temperatures and at high loads.

#4 Rolling Surface (Molykote® 3451)
200g Plastic Jar with Brush Top Cap
Provides exceptional lubrication on needle bearings in circuit breakers. This fluorosilicone grease provides superior resistance to most chemicals and can be used at high temperatures, and with heavy loads. Molykote® 3451 grease also resists washout by water, fuels, oils and solvents. It is compatible with most gaskets, seals and packings, including silicone O-rings.

#9 Electrical Contacts (No-Ox ID A-Special)
120g Plastic Jar with Brush Top Cap
Electrically conductive grease that keeps metals free from rust or corrosion. Used in the electric industry for over 60 years to prevent corrosion in electrical connectors in equipment and switchgear. Prevents the formation of oxides, sulfides and other corrosion deposits on copper, aluminum and steel surfaces and conductors.

#5 Sliding Surface (Molykote® G-n Paste)
180g Plastic Jar with Brush Top Cap
A low friction lubricant that provides excellent protection against fretting wear and corrosion in sliding friction applications. It helps to prevent seizure from fretting, galling and cold welding, extending surface life on surfaces subjected to extreme pressures.
